Packing
I send my paintings ready to hang or to be framed by myself. I always use bubble wrap and a cardboard box or tube for protection. This method of packing is the best way to protect the portraits from damage.

Deadlines
Due to the long waiting list, the deadlines are up to several months. If the painting is urgent, write to me, maybe I can do it faster.
Delivery
I use the services of DPD or Poczta Polska. Domestic shipments are usually delivered the next day, foreign shipments within a week. The paintings can also be picked up in person in Warsaw.
Payment
I accept payments on a bank account, via PayPal or in cash upon personal collection in Warsaw. An advance payment is required before starting work.
How to choose a photo
The photo for the portrait must be clear even when enlarged. It cannot be too dark or overexposed. It must show natural colors and must not be distorted (e.g. by taking a photo too close to the face). I encourage you to send a few photos and I will advise you in choosing the best one.
How to order
I accept orders via the form on the website, by e-mail, and via social platforms. I try to answer all inquiries on the same day.
